Marshall Eugene Barton, 83, of O’Donnell, TX, passed away on Friday May 8th, 2020 due to complications from Alzheimer’s.       He was born to parents Theo and Janie Barton, on May 2nd, 1937 in Knox City, TX.  His family later migrated to O’Donnell in the early 1940s where he worked as a farmer for over 70 years.     His passion was the family farm where he grew up and later raised his own family.  He loved nature and being in wide open spaces.  One of his greatest pleasures in life was feeding and caring for ALL animals; domestic, wild, and ...
