SNYDER – The Snyder City Council voted 4-1 to reject a fence ordinance on the second reading and ordered the Planning and Zoning Commission (P&Z) to include only safety-related measures in the ordinance. The council voted 4-2 last month to approve the ordinance, which was unanimously approved for recommendation to the city council by the P&Z.
