Superintendent Jim Knight said he was “happy and sad” with the accounting ratings which the Lamesa school district received Thursday from the Texas Education Agency (TEA). The happy part comes from the Lamesa ISD receiving an overall district-wide rating of B with a grade of numerical grade of 84 out of 100.
