SEMINOLE – Many counties in West Texas are currently under a burn ban, said Emergency Management Director Robert Barrett, but Gaines County is not.
Lamesa High School Golden Tornado Band presented Rick Casillas and Jaime Galindo with plaques in appreciation for the support and hard work the duo have done for the high school students. Six Lamesa residents were arrested on drug trafficking charges during pre-dawn raids at three residences here Wednesday by officers from multiple local, state and federal law enforcement agencies.
