West Texas Opportunities, Inc. will be having a community meeting on Thursday at 1:30 p.m. at 603 N. 4th Street in the board room. The purpose of the meeting is to elect two board members to serve on the WTO,I board and represent the poverty sector in Target Areas 1 and 3.
