ANDREWS – Andrews County Judge Charlie Falcon said he didn’t anticipate a state-mandated mask-wearing order coming into play last Thursday. In fact, just an hour before Texas Governor Greg Abbott read his executive order, the city and county announced a letter was sent out to local businesses Thursday regarding an update to the local Work Safe Plan.
