Twenty-four permits for new water wells being drilled across Dawson County were approved Wednesday by directors of the Mesa Underground Water Conservation District.That action came during the board’s regular monthly meeting.Five of those well permits were issued to Peter Klassen, four to Rosa Lee Pritchard, and three to Brent Hendon.Receiving two permits each were Joy Estes, Broyles Lamesa Farms, and Mike Mires.
