Directors of the Mesa Underground Water Conservation District received a good report Wednesday on the district’s finances.Derek Ray, with the Seminole accounting firm of Davis, Ray & Co., presented the district’s annual financial audit for the 2020-2021 fiscal year.“The district received a positive audit.
