The process is underway for establishing new desired future conditions (DFC) for the Ogallala Aquifer beneath a large portion of the Texas South Plains. That process was the focus of a report to the directors of the Mesa Underground Water Conservation District by General Manager Jacob Hernandez during the board’s regular monthly meeting Wednesday morning.
