Directors of the Mesa Underground Water Conservation District will consider a possible tax abatement agreement for a proposed solar farm when they meet this coming week. The board’s regular monthly meeting is set for 8:30 a.m. Wednesday, April 17, in the district office at 212 North Avenue G in Lamesa.
