Early voting begins Monday in the statewide election to decide the fate of 10 proposed amendments to the state constitution. County Clerk Clare Christy said early voting here will be from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. each weekday through Nov. 1 in the election office on the second floor of the Dawson County courthouse. The actual election day is Nov. 5, with polls open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. that day.
