ANDREWS – The county’s virus case numbers remained minimal the past week, according to the Andrews County Health Department’s report on Monday. There were no new reported cases over the past five days and just two so far in April, revealing the coronavirus appears to have come to a near halt at this point. What a difference a year makes.
