ANDREWS – Permian Regional Medical Center (PRMC) was recently approved for a substantial vaccine allotment through the state that will not only cover all its frontline healthcare workers, but also local first responders, PRMC Chief Executive Officer Donny Booth said Monday. Booth hoped the vaccine would arrive at the local hospital before Christmas.
