ANDREWS – Another surface project at the Andrews High Mustang Bowl will begin this summer following school board action last Tuesday night. Months after a turf replacement project occurred, the track surface is next in line. School trustees approved an administration recommendation May 11 to award a sealed bid proposal for the track resurface project. The total cost for the track work and oversight is about $336,000, which is close to the price tag from the recently completed turf replacement effort.
