The annual Dawson County United Fund drive is getting a later start than usual this year.The organization normally begins its annual fund-raising drive in early September. This year, its campaign to raise funds for local non-profit groups won’t begin for another few weeks.The organization’s former director, Dale Hansard, is turning more of the job over to a local accounting firm.
