The Texas Department of Transportation will be hosting a Public Meeting regarding the Ports-to-Plains Feasibility Study on Tuesday Feb. 4, from 4:30 pm to 7 p.m. at Tom Green County Stephens Central Library, 33 West Beauregard Avenue, San Angelo.
