Twenty-two Texas cotton industry members were elected to leadership positions in the National Cotton Council (NCC) for 2020.
They include Ron Harkey, a Lubbock warehouseman; Robert Lacy, Jr., a cottonseed processor, and Kevin Brinkley, a cooperative marketer, all from Lubbock, who were re-elected as NCC vice presidents; and Barry Evans, a Kress producer, who was re-elected as the NCC’s secretary-treasurer.
The leaders were named at the recent 2020 NCC Annual Meeting in New Orleans, Louisiana.
