Voters in the city’s District 4 have two more days to cast their early ballots in the Dec. 18 special election for a seat on the city council.Only 35 district residents have voted since the early voting period began Dec. 1. Nineteen have voted in-person at City Hall and 16 have voted by mail-in ballot, said City Secretary Betty Conde, early Friday afternoon.“I really appreciate everybody who came out to vote.
