Three incumbent Dawson County Hospital District board members were sworn into office Tuesday evening.Board President David Sanderson and members Nicky Chapman and Mike Johnson each will serve another two-year terms.The three positions they hold would have been on the May 6 ballot if those spots had contested. The election was cancelled when no one but the incumbents filed for election.Sanderson, representing the board’s Precinct 1, was appointed to the board more than two years ago. After completing his predecessor’s unexpired term, he just completed his first full term in office.Chapman, holding the board’s at-large seat, is starting his second term.
