After jumping again sharply during the weekend, no new cases of COVID-19 had been reported in Dawson County as of Wednesday morning.
But that doesn’t mean more aren’t coming.
Dawson County Judge Foy O’Brien said Monday morning that results from 88 COVID-19 tests were pending at that time.
On Monday, Mayor Josh Stevens reported that additional cases over the weekend had boosted the total number of COVID-19 cases confirmed here to 70 since the first case in late March.
