Tickets are now on sale for the upcoming annual banquet of the Lamesa Area Chamber of Commerce. That banquet was among the various items discussed by the Chamber’s board of directors during their regular meeting this past Monday. “Proud to be an American” is the theme for this year’s banquet, which is scheduled for Thursday, Feb. 6. A meet-and-greet and wine-tasing event will be begin at 6 p.m., with the banquet starting at 6:30, according to Chamber President Karen Mize.
