BROWNFIELD - During Monday’s Terry County Commissioners Court meeting the court voted unanimously to make Terry County a second amendment and sanctuary county. Terry County Judge J.D. Wagner read to the commissioners what it meant to turn Terry County into a second amendment sanctuary county.
