Teen Court will meet next Monday, April 8, with pre-trials beginning for defendants and parents at 4:30 p.m. at First United Methodist Church.
Those who attend should enter through the north doors of the church, according to Shelley Barron, coordinator.
Attorneys will meet for training at 5:30 p.m. in the District Court Room of Dawson County Courthouse, followed by jurors, bailiffs and observers reporting in at 5:45 p.m. The defendants and their parents will sign in at the courthouse at 5:45 p.m. Court promptly will begin at 6 p.m.
Students who have committed a Class C misdemeanor may be referred to Teen Court.
