TatumTek, the Dallas-based firm that is planning a $20-million modular manufacturing facility here, has completed the purchase of a 64.7-acre tract of land here as the site for the operation. That site, however, is about 100 yards or so east of the former Weaver Gin property that previously was being considered as the location.
