SNYDER - Snyder Independent School District (SISD) employees will be getting a little something extra in their paychecks. During last Thursday night’s meeting, SISD trustees voted to approve a one-time COVID-19 bonus of $750 for the district’s faculty and staff. Eligible staff will receive the bonus Friday. Those eligible include all active employees who were employed prior to November and who did not resign during the first semester of the school year. This includes substitutes who have worked at least 20 days so far this school year, although their paycheck will be based on the number of days worked. – From the Snyder News ...
