Hope remains for those interested in keeping the Sky-Vue Drive-In Theater alive.The famous local landmark - or parts of it - is moving from its location at 3015 S. Dallas Ave. to make room for an electric provider’s power grid.Workers began Monday tearing down the white metal screen and removing the playground equipment.The theater ceased operations when a November 2015 fire damaged the concession stand.
