ANDREWS – Wet conditions put a slight damper on Monday’s Ride to Remember event, but the skies cleared just in time for the Memorial Day ceremony at a newly improved Andrews County Veterans Memorial facility at the chamber office. A crowd of around 400 attended the ceremony, which was designed to honor and acknowledge American soldiers who gave the ultimate sacrifice for their country. Everyone in attendance realized the freedoms experienced today in the U.S. are a result of those who died serving their country.
