Six people were ordered to spend time behind bars and six others were placed on probation during action in 106th District Court here this past Wednesday.
Julio Guerrero, age 45, was ordered by District Judge Reed Filley to serve 12 years in prison after he pleaded guilty to a first-degree felony charge alleging manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance.
Julio Guerrero was indicted last November on the charge alleging he possessed, with intent to deliver, between 4 and 200 grams of methamphetamine in January of last year.
