SEMINOLE – The Texas Press Association recently reported COVID-19 cases have decreased by 75 percent statewide in the past few months.Larry Gray, chief executive officer for the Seminole Hospital District (SHD), said cases locally have also dropped dramatically. As a result, changes are scheduled regarding masks and screenings at the hospital.Beginning Monday, Feb. 21, masks are required only in inpatient care areas of the local facility.
