Monday is Presidents Day, and in honor of the 46 men who served in the highest office of the land, area schools, banks and federal offices will be closed for the day. City Hall is scheduled to be open Monday, but inclement weather is likely to result in offices being closed for the day. The Post Office will be closed and there will be no mail delivery Monday.
