SEMINOLE – A regular customer of the Allsup’s at 1010 Hobbs Highway in Seminole claimed a million-dollar winning lottery ticket at the store on June 5. In charge of the Hobbs Highway location for eight years, Manager Jonathan Wilson said he is unsure when the ticket was purchased, nor does he know the identity of the new millionaire.
