SEMINOLE - The Seminole Economic Development Corp. (SEDC) met Monday night with a short agenda to work through. Barry Bryan with the American Legion addressed the EDC regarding a donation for highway memorial signs for three Gaines County servicemen who died during battle: Bob Ford, Butch Hill and Dell Ross Claiborne. Bryan told the board he raised about $5,000 to date. The cost of the signs will be $6,500 for each set. The 4X8 foot signs will be erected by Texas Department of Transportation on the Hobbs Hwy.
