ANDREWS – The surface work at the Andrews High School Mustang Bowl is now completed in its entirety - just before football two-a-days that began this week. Andrews Independent School District (AISD) also announced earlier this week that the Mustang track reopened for public use on Tuesday after a recent surface project had been completed.
