All employees in the Lamesa school system will be getting pay raise for the 2020-2021 school year as the result of action by the school board during a special meeting this past Tuesday evening. Board members also approved a plan which will award some high school students with $100 gift cards for academic improvement during the final nine-week grading period of the current school year.
