As concrete was poured and exterior walls have gone up during the past few months, the new Career and Technology Education (CTE) addition at the north end of Lamesa High School has seemed to grow and grow.
Currently it appears just as large from the inside.
The building seems almost cavernous in areas where large open spaces are broken up only by the metal studs that eventually becomes walls for individual rooms.
Without furniture, fixtures and dropped ceilings, even rooms where sheetrock walls are in place look large.
And, for the most part, they are.
