Sands Consolidated ISD’s One Act Play, “Golden Boy,” has advanced to Regional UIL competition. That Regional competition will be held this coming Saturday, April 13, in the Helen DeVittJones Theatre at South Plains College in Levelland. Admission will be $3 for all ages. The performing schools will start at 12 noon and Sands will be the third show. At last Saturday’s Area contest in Lubbock Estacado, Sands’ Bryce Hamlin was named to the All Star Crew; Lakyn Sandlin was honorable mention on the All Star Cast; and Aaron Thomas and Landon Morrow were named to the All Star Cast.
