David Sanderson is hoping to improve the quality of the county roads if he is elected to represent Precinct 1 on the Dawson County Commissioners Court. An Ackerly businessman, Sanderson has filed as a Republican primary candidate for the Precinct 1 County Commissioner’s post. That position currently is held by Democrat Ricky Minjarez, who announced last week he will be seeking election to a fourth term in that office.
