With sirens wailing and lights flashing, officers from at least three different agencies were involved in a pursuit of an apparently-stolen motorcycle through the streets of Lamesa Friday evening.
It was the second multi-county chase involving local officers in a three-day period this past week.
Although details remained sketchy late Friday night, the pursuit of the motorcycle apparently began in Lynn County with a deputy giving chase southbound on Highway 87.
Lamesa police and state Highway Patrol troopers joined the chase as the motorcycle, ridden by what appeared to be a white male, entered the city from the north.
