The federal Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has eased the restrictions on the use of the herbicide dicamba by Texas cotton farmers, Texas Agriculture Commissioner Sid Miller said this past Tuesday. This is a direct result of a cooperative push by the Texas Department of Agriculture, Texas A&M Agrilife Research and Extension Services and Texas cotton farmers.
