A bomb threat was phoned into Focused Care (formerly Sage Healthcare Center), 1201 North 15th Street, just before 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, causing the building to be evacuated with all the residents and employees moved outside. Lamesa Chief of Police Dale E. Alwan Sr. said officers with the Lamesa Police Department were dispatched and secured the building as a search was conducted. “No devices were located,” Chief Alwan said.
