Although the governor’s Reopen Texas announcement on Monday will allow restaurants to reopen dine-in service beginning Friday, a number of local eateries contacted by the Press-Reporter indicated they do not plan to do so just yet. Although some restaurants here do plan to begin dine-in service Friday, many said they don’t plan to reopen until rules ease further and they are allowed at least 50 percent of their dining capacity.
