SEMINOLE – Costs associated with renting Gaines County’s newly-renovated Civic Building and Show Barn facility could sharply increase in the near future, following discussions by members of the Gaines County Commissioners Court. County leaders tabled their discussions until their next regular meeting, scheduled for Jan. 23. Currently, the facility – which has been under renovation since late March of last year – has a rental fee of $75 per day for those who use it for non-profit purposes.
