Two recent Klondike High School students each were awarded $2,000 in tuition scholarships from the Vexus Scholarship Program.
Savannah Wiebe, who intends to study business administration, and Skylar Barkowsky, who is going to study business management, were among five students earning the financial boost to their college plans from Vexus Fiber, an internet and telecommunications solutions company.
Wiebe and Barkowsky are both studying at South Plans College.
Vexus representatives broadcast the scholarship awardees on the company’s Facebook page Saturday.
