A possible property transfer and proposals to demolish eight different buildings here will be among a long list of business facing the Lamesa City Council during their regular meeting Tuesday evening. That meeting will start at 5:30 p.m. at City Hall. The council will consider accepting title to three lots in the city’s Lindsey Addition and then will turn around and consider conveying those lots to ATH Properties LLC. ATH Properties is a Dallas-based development company owned by Steven D. Bennett.
