A program to assist grandparents who are again serving as the primary caregivers for children is planned next Tuesday, March 3, at the Lamesa Boys and Girls Club. The GAP program, standing for Grandparents Again Parents but also including aunts, uncles, foster parents and others who care for children in the absence of parents, is scheduled for 7 to 9 p.m. Everyone is invited to come listen, discuss and learn from other grandparents and professionals in all areas related to raising children.
