The American Cotton Producers, chaired by Shawn Holladay, a Lubbock resident and Dawson County cotton producer, met recently for their spring meeting. In addition to economic and Washington, D.C., briefings from NCC staff, the meeting included discussions on the impact of plastic lint contamination in the marketing chain and on a sustainability initiative.
