Failure to abide by his probation requirements means a 50-year-old man will be spending time in a state jail facility. Rodolfo Guadalupe Garza was sentenced to serve 14 months in a state jail after his probation was revoked in 106th District Court here earlier this month. Garcia was given credit on that sentence for about three and a half months already spent in custody.
