A prisoner in handcuffs and shackles who jumped from a moving sheriff’s vehicle and fled into a nearby house here Friday morning was back in custody in just over 10 minutes, according to local law enforcement officials. Blane Lars Spear, a 36-year-old male who has been an inmate in the Dawson County Jail since March 17, was recaptured without incident, according to Sheriff Matt Hogg.
