TAHOKA — The Tahoka Independent School District (TISD) board of trustees named Torrey Price as the Lone Finalist for the superintendent’s position at TISD. By state statute, the board must now wait 21 days before any action can be taken in hiring Price. He is currently the middle school principal at Stamford ISD. He also served as high school principal at Baird ISD and Sherman ISD. Prior to entering administration, Price was the athletic director and head football coach at Tom Bean High School.
