The following were among the many calls received recently by the Lamesa Police Department: Friday, June 25 7:30 a.m. – A man reported that someone burglarized his trailer in the 1900 block of N. Elgin Ave. A lock on another house was broken but the man had not yet entered it when he called police. 6:11 p.m. – A major accident involving one vehicle spinning off the road was reported on Hwy. 180 west of Lamesa, near FM 829.
